I need your Brains………………..
The Sports Coaching Brain blog has been running for over two years now.
First of all thanks to the tens of thousands of people from all over the world who regularly visit the site, add comments, send emails, phone and even become clients and friends.
I want to re-charge, re-energise and re-vitalise the site and make it even better.
And….I need your help.
This is a short survey which will take only a few moments to complete.
Note: You need to DOUBLE CLICK your choices.
%CODE4%
Note that you do not have to leave any contact information on the survey and I will not be tracking or keeping IP addresses: this is not a marketing exercise – it is a learning exercise for me to help me understand what I can do to improve and to help me provide my readers with the ideas, information and innovations they need.
I want to know what you think about the site, where it can be improved, what topics and issues you would like to see more of and your views on changing the media mix, e.g. would you like to see more video, some pod-casts, more presentations, more premium content, webinars, e-books…..whatever ever you would like to see, hear and read is what I am interested in.
Thanks very much for your help, your support and keep on coaching!

Hi Wayne,
I did a similar exercise a few weeks ago with all my athletes- not as hi tech, I did informal interviews and used paper and pen.
Very useful feedback. Hope it works for you too.
Thanks James.
To me the difference between a good coach and an average one is that the best coaches willingly and actively chase feedback and listen to it whether it is positive or negative. Average coaches tend to avoid feedback and reject anyone who offers it.
The best learning in high performance sport comes from “creative-conflict” – where people disagree with each other’s approach or way of doing things then battle it out – without resorting to personality attacks – in the interest of finding the best possible solution. Happens routinely in the professional football codes.
Feedback from clients is the greatest opportunity to learn and the feedback I have received so far – not all positive – has been like winning a gold medal.
Thanks – keep up the great work.
